Data, document and account practices
Encrypted Data
Traffic between your browser and Kanoon-AI is encrypted in transit using TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Secure Cloud
The platform uses managed cloud infrastructure. This public page is not an independent security audit or certification.
Private Documents
Uploaded documents are processed by Kanoon-AI and its AI providers to generate the analysis. We keep the file name, type and generated analysis in your account, not the original file.
AI Privacy
We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not sell your data. AI providers process submitted content under their own terms. Provider retention and training treatment depend on the provider and configuration; no blanket downstream guarantee is made.
Safe Authentication
Sign-in uses industry-standard OAuth and secure session tokens. Optional guest quality-review saving is off by default. If you turn it on, guest questions and generated answers are saved with an anonymous Guest ID for restricted administrator quality review. Your choice is remembered in this browser. Turn off saving to stop saving future turns. Previously saved records remain; contact support with your Guest ID to request deletion. Browser chat history and necessary quota/security records are separate.
You Own Your Data
Delete saved threads, drafts and analyses any time, or delete your whole account from Settings → Account. Clearing browser storage removes local guest state; it does not necessarily delete retained server logs or analytics. Contact support for privacy requests.
